Everyday Heroes at LAF – Chandler & Teng Yuncheng

Responsibility in Action, Wherever It’s Needed

At LAF, responsibility is measured by action, not position. When questions arise in real operations, the answer is not always found behind a desk — sometimes, it requires showing up in person.

Earlier this year, during the initial application of a new product, a customer raised questions related to on-site operation. Although the project was still in its trial phase, LAF recognized that remote explanations alone would not be enough. Clear understanding had to be built on site.

Chandler from LAF’s Overseas Marketing Center immediately coordinated with the Technical Department. Within a day, technical engineer Teng Yuncheng prepared to travel. The decision was straightforward: if the solution required being there, LAF would be there.

Going Where the Answers Are

After a long journey, Chandler and Teng went directly to the customer’s facility. Rather than relying on reports, they stayed close to the operation, observing processes step by step and working alongside local teams.

Through careful review and hands-on guidance, they helped align operational practices and clarify key procedures. Teng demonstrated correct methods directly on site, while Chandler ensured smooth communication between all parties. Their goal was simple — to make every step clear, practical, and repeatable. “Only when the customer feels confident can we truly move forward together,” Chandler later shared.

From One Site to a Shared Standard

Their responsibility did not end when the visit concluded. Back at LAF, the experience was systematically reviewed and transformed into clearer operational guidance. Common misunderstandings were summarized, and updated instructional videos were created to support customers and teams across different regions.

A Responsibility That Travels

There are no dramatic slogans in this story, only steady movement.

From office to factory floor, from planning to practice, Chandler and Teng demonstrated what LAF believes responsibility truly means: going to where the problem is, staying until understanding is complete, and turning experience into long-term improvement.

At LAF, responsibility travels.

And trust is built not by words, but by showing up, again and again.
