Flexitank is designed as a single-use transportation packaging solution, not suitable for reuse. This ensures cargo hygiene and safety while eliminating the risk of cross-contamination between shipments.

Quality guarantee term for flexitank is 18 months after its manufacture date. 
Store flexitanks away from sharp objects and heat sources. Keep them dry and protected from direct sunlight for long-term, safe storage.

LAF 20ft Flexitank can load 14,000–26,000 L, adjusted according to the liquid’s density. 

The actual filling volume may vary within ±3% of the nominal capacity.

LAF 40ft Flexitank can hold up to 28,000 L. Depending on shipment requirements, it can be configured as a single, double, or triple flexitank setup.

Collect paper and steel components respectively, roll up the used flexitank, send them to certified waste treatment institutions.

Flexitanks are made from recyclable materials. LAF collaborates with certified disposal partners to establish a recycling system for used flexible packaging, helping customers dispose of flexitanks safely and in compliance with regulations. LAF Flexitanks are compatible with most non-hazardous liquids and are widely used in the food, chemical, industrial, and agricultural sectors.
Food Products: Vegetable oil, fruit juices, wine, syrups, edible oils, etc.
Chemical Products: Latex, lubricants, plasticizers, surfactants, base oils, etc.
Industrial & Agricultural Products: Liquid fertilizers, glycerin, aqueous solutions, industrial oils, etc.
If compatibility is uncertain, LAF can provide liquid compatibility testing, MSDS review, and customized transportation solutions.

LAF Flexitanks are easy to install and operate. Installation takes approximately 30–45 minutes. Loading can be completed within approximately 30 minutes.

Not all containers are suitable for Flexitank installation. To ensure transportation safety, containers must meet inspection standards:

• Container Body: Dry, odor-free, free of chemical contamination or structural damage

• Floor: No holes, protruding nails, or excessive wear

• Sidewalls: Free of protruding hard objects, dents, or deformation

• Container Age: Recommended ≤8 years, structurally sound
